- Your orders may be placed directly to EDL- Dubai and get them fulfilled through our huge stock located in Jebel Ali. Alternatively, you can contact the nearest EDL distributor to fulfil your orders locally.

- 3-1-1 warranty stands for three years spares warranty, first year labour warranty and first year onsite within city limits.

- Deliveries are scheduled on a "same day" or "next working day" basis. Orders placed by 10:00 AM are delivered in Dubai the same day. Orders placed later are delivered the next working day in all the remaining emirates.

- Upon delivery of the items ordered, the channel partner is expected to verify the product and quantities listed in the accompanying delivery note, and to acknowledge receipt of the goods with a signature mentioning the name of the receiver and date of receipt. The channel partner should retain the white copy and return the pink copy

- The channel partner should mention the discrepancy on the delivery advice and acknowledge receipt of the missing items when they arrive.

- If items are missing or short delivered, EDL will arrange to fulfil the original order the same day or the next working day. If it is unable to do so, EDL will provide the partner with a credit note for the short delivered/missing items.

- Urgent delivery requests are addressed as and when such requests are received. EDL endeavours to meet all such requests, but responses depend on the circumstances and the partner’s specific request.

- Response time on orders during working hours is a maximum of 10 minutes.

- When you save your order in the portal, an email is sent internally to your EDL assigned account manager and account telesales person, notifying them that you have created an order.

- When your order is processed for delivery, you will automatically receive an e-mail at your nominated address, giving you the EDL O&D number. You can use this number to track your order. Alternatively, you can also use your purchase order reference for the same.

- When you open your order on the portal you can click on Shipment Information to find the status of the products you ordered.

- Yes. You can print a statement of your account under Reports.

- Orders confirmed by EDL can be modified before they are processed for delivery. Once the EDL O&D number is issued, no modification to the order is possible over the web. You will have to call your account manager to request a modification.

- Transfer of ownership documents are faxed on the same day as the order is shipped.
