The Job Tracking system is an integral part of our customer service portal. It has a simple, easy-to-use interface, giving you access to all the information you need for tracking your product repair status. The job tracking system allows you to be in total control with access to key repair status updates including:
  • Product assigned and repair pending
  • Product assigned and accepted
  • Part requested
  • Part issued
  • Awaiting parts**
  • Job completed***
** EDL periodically notifies its customers via email or phone if the waiting time is above 5 business days or 1 working week.
*** EDL notifies its customers via email and SMS when a particular job is complete.
