Emitac service offerings span Distribution of latest technology products; Enterprise Solutions including IT infrastructure services, application software services, system integration, storage and ITSM; Healthcare Services including - distribution of healthcare equipments, specialized planning services to healthcare providers and architectural designing and consulting; and Test and Measurement Instruments including calibration, testing and tuning of Enterprise Networks, Mobile networks, WiMax and Access Networks.
Emitac also operates through its subsidiaries EMS apart from its Joint ventures like Avanza Solutions ME LLC, SEDCO, Emitac Jordan and Qatar Datamation Systems, thus increasing its breadth and depth of solutions and services offered to its customers. Emitac offers Mobile Communication services through EMS, Software and Network solutions through, Software products through SEDCO and e-Banking, e-CRM and Portal solutions through Avanza.

1. Warranty and Post warranty services - As an authorised service provider for our principals, we provide warranty services for the entire range of HP products and Acer PCs and peripherals which are within their warranty period as well as for those whose warranty has expired.
2. Maintenance and spare parts – EDL facilitates annual maintenance plans for small and medium businesses, and large enterprises. Benefiting from our expertise and partnerships involving service agreements with principal vendors and suppliers, our maintenance packages and spare parts help you get the best out of your IT investments.
3. Deployment services - As an EDL customer, you can enjoy the privilege of choosing the right IT infrastructure for your business and we’ll help you deploy it. We provide deployment solutions for a wide variety of IT equipment including: Desktops, Workstations, Printers, Laptops, Other computer peripherals and IT equipment.
